Hey I'm Karlotta!

Hi, I'm Karlotta. I've spent years researching, networking, and advocating for the people I love — and the people they love. Somewhere along the way, friends and family started calling me when they needed answers: the right product, the right program, the right person to call.

My heart is with our seniors and the caregivers who walk beside them. I spend time in nursing homes and assisted livings near me, building little bridges of community wherever I can. I also help families compare products and anyone who's overwhelmed by too much information get to the part that actually matters.

My background is in counseling — years of sitting with people in their hardest moments, listening without judgment, and helping them find the next right step. That training shapes everything I do here. Whether I'm walking a family through a care decision, supporting a caregiver who's running on empty, or simply showing up for a resident who needs someone to talk to, I bring a counselor's heart to the work: present, patient, and genuinely curious about your story.
